Members of the ISCM Executive Committee, First Delegates of ISCM Sections, First Delegates of ISCM Associate Members:

The organisers of the Gaida Festival / ISCM World Music Days 2008 undertake a responsibility to provide a free accommodation in a single hotel room in Vilnius for seven (7) nights for the members of the ISCM Executive Committee and one (first) delegate representing each ISCM section, as well as for an ISCM Associate Member. Breakfast is included. Anyone wishing to stay longer takes a responsibility to cover all extra costs herself/himself. The organisers of the festival also take a responsibility to provide one additional lunch or dinner each of seven days and free admission to all events of the festival.

ISCM composers whose works are featured in the festival:

Breakfast is included. Anyone wishing to stay longer takes a responsibility to cover all extra costs herself/himself. The organisers of the festival also take a responsibility to provide free admission to all events of the festival.

Other delegates:

Other delegates must pay a registration fee of €120 to the organisers of the festival using the bank account shown below. The registration fee covers free admission to all events of the festival in Vilnius. The delegates must pay for stay in a hotel themselves. Special hotel rates are provided in the registration form. The festival's hotel Klaipėda**** or similar hotel****, located in the very central part of Vilnius. 
The organisers of the festival can book hotel rooms for other delegates after having received their registration form together with a bank document proving the payment of the registration fee. Both documents can be sent via e-mail or fax.

REGISTRATION FEE:

Members of the ISCM Executive Committee, first delegates of ISCM sections and associated members, as well as the composers whose works are featured in the festival are exempted from paying the registration fee.

Registration fee for other delegates is €120. It covers free admission to all evening concerts and all official ISCM receptions.
